Our Team

Dr. Thuy Ha earned her Bachelor of Science in Food Microbiology from the University of California, Davis and obtained her Doctor of Optometry at the New England College of Optometry in Boston, Massachusetts. She received advance optometric training in pediatrics at Boston Medical Center and New England Medical Center in the Department of Ophthalmology. Dr. Ha was also trained in ocular disease and geriatric eye care from Veteran’s Affairs Hospital in Fresno and Aran Eye Associates in Miami, Florida.

Along with providing thorough eye exams, Dr. Ha has special interest in fitting contact lenses and co-managing refractive surgery.

Dr. Ha is a native of Stockton, but now resides in Elk Grove since 2005. She is a member of the California Optometric Association, American Optometric Association, the Sacramento Valley Optometric Society and the Elk Grove Chamber.

When Dr. Ha is not practicing optometry, she enjoys traveling, playing tennis, snowboarding and reading a good book.

Dr. Aaron Lee is a native of Fremont and Pleasanton in the Bay Area. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Biopsychology from the University of California – Santa Barbara. He then completed his Doctor of Optometry degree from the University of California – Berkeley. During his clinical externships at Kaiser Permanente Point West, San Jose VA, and Miami VA, he provided comprehensive primary eye care to a diverse patient population and managed a wide variety of ocular diseases.

He chose Optometry with the determination to improve the quality of life for his patients, and finds it rewarding to make a positive impact in his community. His specific interests include educating and screening patients for ocular diseases, fitting contact lenses, and treating dry eye syndrome.

He is currently a proud member of the Sacramento Valley Optometric Society, the California Optometric Association, and the American Optometric Association.

Dr. Lee speaks English and conversational Mandarin. In his free time, he enjoys watching sports, exercising, golfing, and spending time with his family and friends.

Tiffany has been finetuning her knowledge of optometry and ophthalmology for more than 20 years. She now manages the optical department at VisionCare Optometry and her passion is truly all things optical. Keeping up with the latest in eyewear fashion and lens technology helps her provide tailored recommendations for VisionCare patients. She loves helping whether it’s sportswear, sunglasses or haute looks!
